Get your facts right!!!!!!!!

Ive just started losing weight. i do alot of excersise everyday and I drink just fruit smoothies no solid food for 3 days then 3 days of eating ham salad and cerial etc then 3 days of smoothies and so on

I spent an month in syria and ate the same amount, but most middle eastern foods are filled with vegetables and the oil they use is olive oil, and i would take the stairs cause most ppl live in buildings that dont have elevators and I lost 10 pounds just doing that. I definitely missed american junk food. really hard to quit…
i realized in these couple of month that managing time can really make a difference. TRUST ME IT WORKS! You have to stick with it though. For the rest of your life. If you eat tons of low carb veggies and chicken and fish and whole grains. You will lose weight! ON somersizing you eat fruit in morning wait 20 min before a carbo breakfast which has to be fat free, or 1 hour before a protein/fat/veggies meal. then just wait 3 hours in between carbo/veggie/fat free meals and protein/fat/veggies meals. I am a real person it really works! somersize!
The best diet I’ve tried is susanne somers somersizing. you can eat good carbs, and proteins, fats but you eat them separate. I lost 55 lbs since last year doing it. I have hypothyroid so I have a hard time losing. But I found the more i somersized and stuck with it and was patient the pounds starting coming off slowly. I use to eat lots of bacon on the diet and cheese ,but once i started just eating low fat lean meat and veggies with brown rice I could eat as much as I wanted.

calories do matter, if you eat more than you burn then you will gain weight eventually.
