@BestWayToLoseWeightH Me too, I was like that when I first started. Make sure you read the label before you buy it and if you think you are going to eat the whole bag/box leave it at the store
@rociodempsey1 Yes, I didn’t show this in any of my videos but I did eat vegetables. I am not a huge fan of veggies so I usually cooked/baked them to add flavor. I basically ate low calories & fat (also watching the sugar counts) but wasn’t too focused on Carb counts.
@playboy12724 2/2 It’s not about how long you exercise its about how effective your exercise routine. If your workout is no longer a challenge for you that is a problem. However, there is also such thing as overworking your muscles causing your body to work against you. You have to be smart and really analyze what you are doing. Hopefully this helps, Good Luck to you

With exercise you consistently have to switch it up so your body is always guessing… equaling a more guaranteed high calorie burn. First & foremost, I do NOT recommend anyone to exercise 8 hours a day period. I think what you need to do is seek professional advice to find a healthy work out regimen right for you. You probably could exercise an hour a day & burn more calories than what you are doing now.
