Question by Derek: What kind of exercises should I do to lose my belly fat? Workout plan? Tone Detox?
Background info-
Well I’m 14 (male) and I exercise regulary and I do sports. I’ve been exercising for about 2 years. But I still have a big belly or known as a pot belly and I’m sick of it. What do I do? Run more? Longer? I’ve always sucked in my stomach to look a little thinner.

First, do this natural. Don’t be tempted by the quick fix of drugs. If you do it natural, the benefits will last a lifetime and you will feel better about yourself for achieving this worthy and formatable goal.
Start with Tone Detox. This can be complex so let me just give you a few tips. Eat as natural as you can and avoid fried foods, cakes and cookies, breads and soda. Eat low fat protien with every meal and cut back on the carbs as the day goes on. Lots of carbs early and few carbs around dinner. Trying doing this 5 or 6 days a week and then on the 7th day, eat whatever you want cuz you earned it. Don’t worry about weighing your food or any of that stuff, just eat as natural as you can. Use common sense.
If you just can’t seem to come up with a Tone Detox that works, there are some Tone Detox plans with prepared foods that you see on tv that are pretty good. The only thing to remember is that eventually you will have to cook your own food cuz you don’t want to be eating these prepaired foods forever.
Now for exercise. I would recommend at least 3 times a week for 20 or 30 minutes of high intensity interval training.
For example, pick an exercise you like such as running. Sprint for 30 seconds and then walk for 15 and repeat. Do this until you can get about 20 cycles. You can do any kind of exercise you choose like jumping rope, biking, swimming, stairmaster or kettlebell swings. You pick. Throw some weights and core training as well.
