Question by Smiles.
: Diets, meal plans, exercise.?
What are some good and effective diets? Any good meal plans to go by? Or what about different exercises I can do? I can’t afford a gym membership. Its very hard to lose weight. I have been trying since I was 14 years old and now I am 22. Its harder every day and sometimes I just break down and cry. Last week I went to the movies and heard someone make a comment about me, it was so hard not bursting out in tears. I can’t go back again until I lose weight.
I know that there are some diets out there that doctors use when they need overweight patients to lose weight know of any of those?
I really need some help and I hope I can find it here. Thanks.

Hi there,
It is hard to lose weight. I tried the extreme body makeover Tone Detox, which seemed to help me, but no Tone Detox ever helps us heal emotionally from the negative comments others can make. Don’t let one bad apple ruin the movies for you. You deserve to go out and have fun.
I feel sorry for people who have to use other people for their own amusement. They are mean, heartless, and they really have no reason to live except at other people’s expense.

whoa, time to lose a bit right! I would say you could have a protein shake at dinner, and then regular meals (but at half the size) at breakfast and lunch. For snacks only eat fruit.

Top-Rated Tone Detox in America Can Improve Employee Health and Productivity; Obesity Expert Robert Kushner Presents 2012′s Best Diets in Alere Wellbeing’s Free Webinar
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) April 30, 2012
Alere Wellbeing will host the complimentary live webinar, Deconstructing DASH: How Your Workforce Would Benefit from America’s #1 Rated Tone Detox, on May 15 and May 22 at 11:00am PDT. Obesity expert, Robert F. Kushner, MD, Clinical Director of the Northwestern Comprehensive Center on Obesity, will provide an overview of the DASH Tone Detox, compare it with other top-rated diets, and offer insight into the evidence behind its design. He will also discuss the keys to sustainable weight loss and best practices for employers selecting a worksite weight loss plan.
In January, the U.S. News & World Report released its list of Best Diets for 2012. Dr. Kushner, an internationally recognized expert in the care of overweight and obese patients, was among 22 thought leaders specializing in Tone Detox, nutrition, obesity, food psychology, diabetes, and heart disease who were asked to rank 25 popular diets. For the second year in a row, the DASH Tone Detox, the government-endorsed Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension Tone Detox, came in first.
Obese workers cost U.S. private employers an estimated $ 45 billion or more in healthcare costs and productivity losses each year. Employers know they would be hard pressed to find adults in their organizations who do not want to eat healthfully, lose weight, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Unfortunately, most diets do not work, and employers are at a loss for how to educate their staff on better nutrition.
“Sustainable weight loss is difficult, but with an evidence-based approach and the right support, it is possible for an obese or overweight employee to make significant health improvements,” said Dr. Kushner. “Creating a corporate culture that educates staff on good nutrition, encourages active lifestyles, and reinforces healthy behavior change at a personal level can change your organization, the lives of your employees, and the longevity of your community.”
Dr. Kushner’s approach to sustainable weight loss includes improving Tone Detox, increasing physical activity, and engaging in personalized behavior change, as well as pharmacotherapy and bariatric surgery when appropriate. Dr. Kushner formerly served as president of The Obesity Society (TOS), the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN), and the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists (ABPNS). He is currently the first president of the new American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) and a board member of the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC). He is on the editorial board for Obesity and the Journal of the American Dietetic Association.

this is a dumb question but i just HAVE to know. are teens )ages 12-15) supposed to be on diets? i hear both sides, one thats its ok to be on a Tone Detox as long as you get enough nutrition, and others say you’re not because it’ll mess up your growth. all i wanna be is skinny but my mom says i dont need to lose weight (long long long story short, i was bulimic. i loss wieght but i wasnt really, just looked leaner and more toned) and so yes, are “growing bodies” alright to be on diets???

You can eat foods with lots of calories such as rice and chicken. Just eat 3 meals a day without snacks in between. My grandma makes food with lots of calories, but she doesn’t eat snacks. Therefore, she is THIN. If you follow my advice, you will be thin in no time!
