I need a fast effective weight loss product that takes little to no effort to be effective. I know that there is the healthy eating and activity part, i do a lot of walking and don’t eat too badly but my weight either doesn’t budge or i gain. I need a quick and easy solution without too much of a change. REMEMBER i need to be able to access it in stores no online stuff. Thanks!

I know to be in the army, navy, etc.. You have to meet a certain weight requirement.. And i notice the ppl that are over weight, they put them on special Tone Detox lose weight quickly.. Does anyone know what they do?

Im in the army, what they do is a low fat Tone Detox and drink only water, also they will tell you to run, run, and run…… run until you are skinny, they love to run in the army.

Eat healthy and exercise. There are no shortcuts, cut fats and sweets out of your Tone Detox and eat smaller portions. As for exercise, running is great. So are pilates, yoga, and dance. They will tone and lengthen your muscles.

i had surgery lately and got really fat and now i need to drop that weight. i wanna drop about 20 pounds before mid june you know like about the time when poeple start going to the beach and the times i take off my shirt and people see my man boobs. so im serious about this so if there is a really easy one to follow im up for it. thanks

Your disgust will probably be your strongest motivation. Here’s what I suggest:

1. Post signs on your fridge and pantry reminding yourself NOT to binge or snack. You can even post small mirrors to keep that disgust going, because as long as you are uncomfortable about your weight and there’s a constant reminder, you’ll be motivated not to eat.

2. Research diets on Google and pick one that seems right for you. Just “eating right” is more difficult than being on a Tone Detox that already has constructed rules. It’s much easier to bend your own rules than to bend someone else’s.

3. If you feel really hungry, close your eyes for a moment and remember that sometimes, hunger passes. Sometimes, you’re only hungry for five minutes, then it seems to go away. However, if you’re still hungry, try drinking water and eating salad.

4. ALWAYS say no to junk food and SODA. Carbonated beverages are THE WORST.

5. Go to the gym as much as you can. Try making a schedule that you have to follow. Do weights and run. Building muscle increases your metabolism. Don’t eat after you finish exercising. Just drink lots of water. Overall, going on a Tone Detox will help you lose weight more than exercising, but working out will help you keep the weight off.

6. Once you reach your target weight, keep exercising and eating healthy. Post pictures of yourself before you lost weight, and ask yourself, “Do I want to be like this again?” Keeping the weight off is very difficult, so make sure you don’t regress to unhealthy habits.

try a low glycemic Tone Detox.

its tough for a few weeks, then gets easier, and you lose weight like crazy.

its the best way ive found.

I’ve had 3 children and it’s left my body flabby and 50 lbs overweight. My youngest is now 4 yrs old so it’s time I finally do something to loose the weight. My biggest problem with a Tone Detox will be that I am a complete carb addict. Also I loose weight incredibly slowly and get discouraged rather easily. Anyone out there tried anything that works great for them?

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you’ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn’t just help you lose weight it helps with you’re growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you’re lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you’re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you’re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you’re stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you’re metabolism
do not weigh you’re self everyday because it torments you,weight you’re self once a week ( every Monday )
good luck!
you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week

I’m 13 and 5’9 and weigh 200 pounds! I’m extremely athletic and often work out about 5 hours a day 2 hours of swim practice in the morning 1 and a half hours of rowing after school, then I go strait to dry land which is like conditioning for swimming for an hour,then i go to a swim practice for an hour and a half. Anyway I went to the doctor today he told me I was about the weight of an Obese person but that i don’t need to loose weight. Why would he tell me that if I’m almost the weight of an Obese person ?

Maybe because if he tells u that, u will start working out even more but that can be dangerous to ur body because u also need to rest.
