Question by : Can someone give me a Tone Detox plan for one week?
I’m 13 years old and I want to lose a bit of weight. I have always been unhappy with my body and I want to be fit for grade eight because I’m completely changing my look. I’m bleaching my hair blonde, getting extensions, getting streaks or coontails, and I want to get fit to finish it off. Please no ghastly answers and if you could add some good exercises to do. Thankss.

Well it depends on what they do and eat.

Like if for one week u only eat healthy foods and loose like 1000 calories a day u”ll probaly loose like 6-7lbs

If u eat some junk and only loose like 500 calories a day u”ll probaly loose 2-4lbs

Eat a lot of fiber.

Your metabolism is already fast since you’re a teen and you do something highly physical. Really all you need is more fiber. There are even fiber supplements which you can stir into your water.

I’m not talking about the lemonade Tone Detox which involves other ingredients, I’m just want to know about how much weight could be lost in a week just drinking lemonade. Would the lemonade promote weight loss or really just not do anything? I know it’s unhealthy I just wants some answers…

I am 33 years old. My weight is 72 kgs and my ht. is 5 feets. I would like to loose atleast 20 kgs of weight. Please suggest me a Tone Detox plan best for me. I am doing 60 minutes of walking 6 days in a week.
I am suffering from little high sugar level and hypertension and taking medication for the same.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Nothing other than water in between.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

Be patient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.

I have been on a roll losing 1-2 pounds every week for about a month. Then, this week I weighed and I gained 3 lbs! I didn’t change anything, still dieting and working out regularly. Is there any explanation for this?

Yes, when your working out you build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Trust me, weight means nothing. Its how you look. If you look thinner, then dont worry about your weight. If you look a little heavier, than dry changing up your Tone Detox. Eating the same thing every week isnt good for you. But, I bet its because muscle weighs more than fat and your building muscle.
